“All nations whom You have made shall come and worship before Thee, O Lord, and shall glorify Thy name.” Psalm 86:9

It was a special opportunity to have our ministry, Capitol Commission, partner with the Parliament of Faith at the International Global Conference in NYC. It is humbling to stand with United Nations Ambassadors, Faith Leaders, Parliament Leaders from all over the world that are pursuing the Kingdom of God. Our assignment was to train leaders to serve as Chaplains for the Gospel in Capitols around the world. Leaders from Europe, Africa, Asia and South America are attending our training workshops to potentially serve in their Capitols.

Think of the World Capitols and imagine what a difference it could make to have an ambassador for Christ serving fulltime with Governments and Parliaments. We believe God has given us not only a GREAT COMMISSION but a CAPITOL COMMISSION to reach Kings and those in Government with the truth of Jesus Christ. We look forward to many continued opportunities to train leaders from countries throughout the world to disciple leaders in Capitol Communities.

Pray and partner with us as we seek to train and plant both domestic and international faith leaders to reach “Every Leader, Every Capitol. Every Day!”

“First of all, then, I urge that requests, prayers, intercession, and thanksgiving be made in behalf of all people, for kings and all who are in authority, so that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and dignity. This is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who wants all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.” 1 Timothy 2-1-4

Leadership St. Tammany

It is always a delight to speak at the beautiful Solomon Episcopal Conference Center but it is even better to speak at the Leadership St. Tammany retreat. Leadership St. Tammany has been life-changing for me. It has made my world bigger and opened my eyes to the inner connectivity of our community. I have learned about building coalitions and believe solutions are usually possible when people of good faith and goodwill work together. Thank you, Leadership St. Tammany. Congratulations to all the graduates.

40th Anniversary

A while ago I was leading a Bible study and someone asked me, “If you were reincarnated in the next life who would you like to come back as?” I told them I do not believe in reincarnation. I believe in Resurrection. I explained why. At the end I added this, “However, if it were true (again…it’s not) and I could come back as anyone I wanted … I know exactly who I would want to come back as … Donna Sprague’s second husband!!!!

I really mean that. Donna is my joy and delight. Faithful, steady, servant, wise, loves Jesus and the Word of God, loves her family and friends. May 21, 1982 was a wonderful day but May 21, 2022 was just as good and better!! It doesn’t matter where our journey takes us as long as we journey together. “A wife of noble character, who can find? She is far more precious than rubies.” Proverbs 31:10
